Here at the Calico Cat we work hard to ensure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience in any of our stores. We treat your security very seriously. All credit card information is transmitted securely over the Internet using SSL encryption.

ALL ORDERS (WHETHER IN STOCK OR BACK ORDERED) WILL BE CHARGED THE DAY OF PURCHASE.

As an alternative to shopping on-line, there are a number of other ways you can shop with us. We would be happy to take your order by phone.

If you prefer to send a check or Money Order we will be happy to ship your order on receipt of your payment. Please make your checks payable to Calico Cat - the gift store. If you are ordering by check it is appreciated to send us an e-mail to let us know that your order is on the way. This way we can expect your order and have the goods ready and to make sure the item is still in stock.

In addition to the security of the credit card transaction itself, we know that when you shop online, you want to be assured that your name, address, and any other information that you give to us is kept safe and secure. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected solely for the process of fulfilling your order. In line with our commitment to customer service we collect and process your details in-house and we do not pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party.
