If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call toll free at 1-866-344-5833 or email info@calicocatgifts.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) with explanation of return for a refund. Exchanges are allowed for merchandise or store credit up to 30 days of receiving product. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY All merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 24 has until January 5 to return merchandise for a full refund. Exchanges are allowed for merchandise or store credit through January 25. All products must be returned in the same condition as when sent. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation or certificate of authenticity that shipped with the product.
